Adoption is non-negotiable for us — it's how we measure success. Every engagement includes hands-on training, integration into your existing workflows (not separate tools), and a 30-day adoption phase where we iterate on real usage data. If your team isn't using it, we haven't finished.

You own the system, the code, and the documentation. We offer optional retainers for ongoing optimization, model updates, and feature additions, but most clients run with what we built and only call us back for the next opportunity.

Engagements range from $15K for focused single-workflow projects to $80K+ for multi-team platforms. We scope each engagement after a free discovery call so you get a fixed price, not an hourly meter.

Yes — most of our clients don't have one. We handle all engineering, deployment, and infrastructure ourselves, and we deliver systems your non-technical team can run. You don't need a CTO to work with us.
